    the class today experienced of the most intense form of training..Its called interval training..this routine requires the participant to run flat out for about 40secs and rest for 1min before going on to do the same thing for 4 rounds...that cycle is deemd as 1 set..As they reached a certain level the kids are required to complete 3 cycles....However judging by today's performance..i think we msut take it slow lest more students will throw up...i'm happy though that the we've cleared the first stage and look forward to improving our cardiovascular..i know by now some of you are having phobia about it but remember it greatness requires sacrfice......i will join for the nest one..iffffff my legs are up for it on that day....
